Final Presentation Topic

Background

K8SUG https://kubekon.com/ is a quick-expanding, active community with more than 20000 followers across 7 countries currently, mainly in the field of Kubernetes + AI.

SkywardAI https://github.com/SkywardAI/ is an open-sourced community that provides technical support to this hackathon.

SkywardAI has developed a GenAI-based chatbot to answer users’ questions, now integrated into the K8SUG website. However, ensuring the accuracy of its responses remains a challenge. We invite innovative ideas to help solve this real-world problem.

Your presentation topics may include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategies for improving the accuracy of Natural Language Processing (NLP) to ensure the chatbot provides precise answers to user queries.
  • The role of prompt engineering in delivering step-by-step LLM responses for integrating with real systems (e.g., event bookings, discount applications, and more).

SkywardAI cordially invites contributors to collaborate with us on impactful local AI solutions.

If you have any questions, please feel free to post them in the Kaggle Discussion or email to GenAICC@rmit.edu.au.

Best regards,

The Organizing Committee
